Our children's ministry is for kids from birth-5th grade. They have the chance to participate in children's church on Sunday mornings, and we have Wednesday night activities as well.
Each week our music ministry leads our church in worship, using a variety of instruments and styles. They practice on Wednesday nights and are always looking for people to participate in the choir!
We participate in a variety of missions around the Parrish area and beyond through partnerships and serving alongside them.
English as a Second Language
In response to the growing non-English speaking population in our community, we host ESL classes on Wednesday afternoons!
Our LIFE Groups (coming soon) meet in various homes and communities across the Parrish & Ellenton area. LIFE stands for "Living in Fellowship & Evangelism" and these groups are a great way for our members to connect with their neighbors and one another.
Each Tuesday morning, men gather at Ellenton Cafe for breakfast and then spend time in Bible Study and fellowship.
On Tuesday mornings, women gather for a time of singing, fellowship, Bible Study, and prayer. Beyond that, there are opportunities for missions, service, and giving.
Our student ministry is for grades 6-12, and is a great opportunity to connect with other Christians, spend time in the Word, and participate in missions. You can connect with them on Facebook.
Upward is a sports ministry designed to connect churches to families in the community. Each fall we host a soccer league designed to teach the basics of the game, allow kids the chance to have fun, and allow us to share Christ with those who attend games and practices.
Operation Christmas Child
Each winter we collect shoeboxes of gifts to be sent around the world through Samaritan's Purse to help share the Gospel with children and families.
We believe God sets apart some men as deacons, who provide leadership to the church through their example, and who are able to assist in the ministry of the church.
Each Friday at noon, people in recovery gather for support, encouragement, and fellowship.
