Pastor Barry joined the team at Emmanuel in November of 2022 as Interim Pastor. He has served in ministry as Pastor for many years and is also currently on staff at Newby Management as Corporate Chaplain. Pastor Barry desires to bring encouragement and challenge, as we strive together to accomplish the tasks the Lord has set before us.

Steve came on the team at Emmanuel in November 2021. He is serving as our Interim Worship Leader while we navigate the transition process. He is originally from Southern Indiana, has been married to Shurla for 41 years, they have three grown sons and nine grandchildren! Steve is also a handyman by trade and operates his own business in the area.

Heather recently joined the Emmanuel staff as our ministry assistant. She is married to Nic, who is one of the worship pastors at FBC Palmetto, and they have two kids, Mac and Mabel.

Bridgette oversees the financial stewardship of Emmanuel Baptist Church. She is a lifetime resident in the area and loves spending time with her family!
